I'm going to write my masters degree on Gated Communities in Cape Town, so the purpose will be research.  I know you are somewhat a real estate agency, but I thought Who else will know alot of people that lives there..? I just need a room and permission from the people there to study the life in the Gated Community, ofcourse people will be totally anonymous in my masterthesis if thats a wish. And if not all the people in the Gated Community wants to be studied I will respect that. I'm connected to Copenhagen University and have the support from my faculty to do the research.
